Accounting:
- Revenue Percentage (90/10): The report was updated to comply with the new rules.
- Online Payments: Added the ability to select the payment type for the student’s self-registration.
Audit Reports:
- STRF — Student Eligibility Records: Added the "Total Contract Amount (Rounded)" column.
Billing:
- Applying Billing Transactions: Added the ability to apply billing transactions from different campuses.
Enrollment:
- Enrollment Agreement: Added copying of "Cost per Hour" and "Cost per Credit" values from the Enrollment Agreement of the previous group to the Enrollment Agreement of the new group during the student transfer.
- Enrollment Agreement: Added the automatic course assignment in the Enrollment Agreement of the new group including credit granted courses based on how these courses were assigned in the Enrollment Agreement of the old group. Applies for scenarios involving "DROPPED Transferred" and "LOA Transferred".
- Enrollment Agreement: Added the restriction for selecting the "Tuition Repeat" charge in the Enrollment Agreement. The "Tuition Repeat" option is only available during a DROPPED Transfer and if the student has completed courses in the previous groups.
- Enrollment Agreement: The "Assigned Courses" and the "Credit Granted Courses" tables now show clock/credit hours.
Other:
- Removed the notification that warned about the requirement to select the "US Letter" paper size when opening a PDF. The size is now included in the link to the PDF.
