Accounting:

  • Revenue: Automatic revenue adjustments are not created if a student has completed a group more than the defined number of days ago.
  • Revenue Budget: Added additional filters.


Audit Reports:


Billing:

  • Added the ability to create bills without populating expected payments. This requires the “Manage Tuition Bills without Creating Draft of Expected Payments for Students in Any Stage of Pipeline in Group” permission.


Education:

  • The student groups with GPA = "N/A" are not taken into the "Overall GPA" calculation.
  • Transcript: The GRADUATED students do not have the “*Graduation requirements not met…” note in the Transcript PDF.


Enrollment:

  • Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error causing the "Tuition Repeat" charges to disappear after the student’s transfer to a new group.
  • Checklist: Fixed the validation logic for the completion of items with the "Test" property. The result is now defined by the last item added to the checklist. 3 attempts were expected before.
  • Notifications: The "Missed attendance notification" is not sent for courses without students.


Financial Aid:

  • FA Plan: Restricted deleting the Financial Aid plan components if they have related payments.
  • FA Plan: Added the "Enrollment Status" calculation.
  • Schedule of Funding: Fixed the red highlighting for estimated payments with $0.00.
  • Originations & Disbursements: Added the automatic originations sending to COD and the ability to bulk send originations manually for Pell Grant and Direct Loans.


Student Folders:

  • Added the ability to download uploaded student documents with SSN. The SSN is replaced by "*" (asterisks) before the download.
