Accounting:

  • 90/10 Revenue Percentage: Improved payments and refunds distribution.
  • Bad Debt: The notification about a bad debt is now displayed on all tabs of the student’s card.
  • General Ledger: The "Show by" filter is extended with the option to group data by programs.


Communication:

  • Text Messages: If a student sends "STOP" within a campaign, messages cannot be sent to the student’s number from outside the campaign or from another campaign.


Education:

  • Attendance/Grading: Added presets for the following pages: "Group Details: Attendance", "Group Details: View Students", and "Grading: View or Record Grades".
  • Courses Report: Added new columns: "Remediation Attempts", "Passed Remediation Attempts", "Failed Remediation Attempts".
  • SAP: Added the "And Apply Minimum Grade Only to Final Grades" setting to calculate SAP using only final grades from completed courses, ignoring current grades of courses with the "In Progress" status.
  • SAP: Added SAP Rules to groups.


Enrollment:

  • Enrollment Agreement: Completed courses are automatically identified by the system if the student finished them in the previous groups of the same program.


Financial Aid:

  • Credit Balances for Refund: Added the ability to generate report by payment periods.
  • Direct Loans Reconciliation Report: Added the report for comparing payments from AR, disbursement amounts,
    and SAS disbursement amounts by every student.
  • FA Plan: Added the automatic Pell Grant calculation that uses Pell limits for the award year and the student’s ISIR data.
  • Originate & Disburse: Added a relation between a disbursement record and a payment period in the FA plan. The "Disbursements" panel and the "Disbursements" report include payment period details.


Leads & Students:

  • Lead Details: Renamed the "Gender" field to "Gender Identity". Schools can now add custom gender identities here: Admin → Lists →  Gender Identities List.


Other:

  • All input fields support Unicode characters if it is allowed by special validators, e.g., for the student name fields support a limited range of characters.
