Accounting:

  • Revenue: Added the "Allow Automatic Revenue Adjustment for Dropped and Completed Students for, days" setting. A student’s drop or completion date is now compared to this setting value to decide whether automatic revenue adjustments should be applied in case of revenue changes within a closed period.


Communication:

  • Leads & Students: Added a permission that allows students to update their own email.


Education: 

  • Courses Report: Added new columns: "Program Director", "Weeks Duration", "# ACTIVE", "# ENROLLED", and "# ENROLLED Late Start". Groups in the "Group Name" column are clickable now.
  • Education Reports: Added the "Trajecsys Attendance Tracking" report displaying students’ approved attendance, which is received from Trajecsys and summed up daily for each student.
  • Programs: Moved the "Number of Days Before the Completion Date in Expected Payments" setting from "School Settings" to the "Details" section on the "Program "Name" page.
  • Start/Stop Report: Added a new report that displays the student enrollment activity by calendar month, including the number of students for the following criteria: "Beginning", "New", "Restarts", "Drops", "Graduated", "Ending".


Enrollment:

  • Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to select a charge with the "Charge for Repeated Courses" property (e.g., "Tuition Repeat" charge) during the re-enrollment. Only the previously completed courses assigned to a student in the current group can be added to this charge.


Financial Aid:

  • Disbursements Report: Added new columns for tracking automatic disbursements, including "Created Automatically, DRI Set Automatically", and "DRI Not Set Reason".
  • FA Plan: Added the automatic calculation for the "Grade Level in College" field.
  • Originate & Disburse: Added the support for award year 2025-2026 in "Beta" mode.
  • SAIG (FTI-SAIG) Mailbox: Added the ability to view TG number, FT number and the corresponding passwords on the "SAIG Mailbox Settings" page.
  • NSLDS Enrollment Report: Added the automated processing of EFRCDEOP files received via the SAIG Mailbox. The ability to generate a full Enrollment Report for NSLDS directly within the system is in development and will be delivered in a future update.


Reporting System:


Other:

  • Reports: All report cells with group data now show data for all student’s groups, even if group filter is enabled.
  • School Settings: All settings are available shown and editable, including those that depend on other settings. Added the "Active" column to school settings, shows whether the setting is used or not.
