GEGI Student Management System (version 4.92.0)


Accounting: 

  • AR Card: Transactions are now created only for charges directly modified by user actions (add/edit/delete adjustments, delete/restore charge, populate withdrawal worksheet), preventing unrelated old charges from closed periods from unexpectedly appearing in the AR Card with current dates.
  • Billing Reports: The "Official Student Start Date" and "Official Completion Date" columns in the Customer Balance Summary Billing report now display the complete list of dates in student groups, making date-based filtering more intuitive.
  • Financial Reports: Created a new "Deposits Detail" report that displays details of all deposits based on applied filters, grouped by deposit on a single page, with options to export to Excel and PDF.
  • Revenue Report: Added the "All with Totals" and "Attention Required with Totals" options to the "Show" filter, allowing users to view campus and program totals even when some student records contain N/A values. Inaccurate values visually highlighted by color and a tooltip.


Financial Aid:

  • FA Plan: Added the automatic population of the "Grade Level in College" field from ISIR. 
  • FA Plan Limitations: Added the new validation that checks whether the total of planned awards in the "Estimated Payments by Payment Period" panel for each academic year does not exceed the cost of attendance (COA) for the same year.
  • Financial Aid Batches: Added the "Batch Status History" table to track status changes.
  • SAP: Added the automatic SAP rules adjustment at the student level when Enrollment Agreement includes non-FA tuition fee courses or courses completed in previous groups.


Education:

  • Leads & Students: Added the "Hide Irrelevant Groups" checkbox in the "Data in Group" panel, which allows users to control whether table columns display only groups matching applied filters (e.g., Stage of Pipeline in Group = ACTIVE, Period = Last Year) or all student groups regardless of filters.
  • Courses: Added the new "Extension" column to courses in the group and program interfaces with values being populated from the new "Course Extensions" list, as well as updated LMS short name generation algorithm to include course extensions.


Reporting System: 

  • BPPE Annual SPFS: The report now correctly handles transfer chains by reporting students only once if transferred within the same period and campus, excluding students who transferred without becoming ACTIVE or who changed from ACTIVE to NOT STARTED.


Student Folders:

  • E-Sign: Added the "Created on", "Created by", "Modified on", and "Modified by" columns to the "E-Sign Packages" page with sorting and filtering capabilities.
