Accounting: 


Education:

  • Stages of Pipeline: Added email notifications for users when a student’s stage in a group changes to NOT STARTED after the buffer period expires, triggered automatically by the system or manually by a user.
  • Placement Record Form: Added the "Verification Method" field to the populated PDF.
  • Check-Ins Report: Reorganized the report into "Completed" and "Active" tabs: "Completed" displays finished attendance sessions (successful and unsuccessful); "Active" tracks in-progress sessions with the check-in time, break status, and break duration.


Enrollment:

  • Cancel Transfer: Removed the "Save All Data In Group" option from the cancel transfer dialog.
  • Enrollment Agreement: Added the new permission — "Populate EA with zero amount of tuition repeat charge when automatically calculated value is non-zero". It allows authorized users to override the validation error blocking EA population when the "Tuition Repeat" charge amount is $0.00.
  • Enrollment Agreement: The "Program Cancel Date" can now be set automatically based on a configurable number of calendar days after the "Student Start Date in Group". Removed the "Core Program Cancel Date" from Group details — the date is no longer autopopulated from this field.
  • Self-Enrollment: Added the application form page for the self-enrollment flow, displaying a group details summary panel and dynamically configured student fields driven by the program’s "Fields for Self-Enrollment Application Form" setting, with system-required fields ("First Name", "Last Name", "Email") always present.
  • Uniforms: Added support for receiving the students’ uniform order confirmations from the vendor.
  • Uniforms: Added the automatic reminder emails for students who have not yet placed their uniform order, with timing configured via the "Days to Send Uniform Order Reminders" school setting.


Financial Aid:

  • Estimated SAI: Added the multi-step tool to estimate the Student Aid Index (SAI) using a simplified version of the formulas published by Federal Student Aid. After calculation, the result is saved to the student’s "Financial Details" page.
  • FA Batches: Updated the batch generation logic to group all Direct Loan subtypes (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, PLUS, Grad PLUS) into one award type and to generate only one batch per combination of disbursement date, award type, award year and campus.
  • FA Estimates: Added the automatic calculation of the enrollment status, Pell, Direct Loan amounts, origination fees, and program cost when creating the document.
  • ISIRs: Added the "Show All Groups Data" filter to the ISIRs report. When unchecked (default), the report displays only groups matching the applied filters; when checked, all student groups are shown regardless of filters.
  • ISIRs: Updated the 2026-2027 ISIR layout, comment codes, and PDF fields per the April 2026 OBBBA FAFSA Processing Updates.


Leads & Students: 

  • Student Access: Added contextual access status information to the "Access" panel on the "Lead Details" page, showing whether a student’s access will be automatically revoked on a specific date, was revoked manually or automatically (with timestamp and username), or remains active due to a positive AR Card balance with a projected revocation date once the balance reaches $0.


Reporting System: 

  • IPEDS Reports: Added the "12-Month Enrollment (E12) Report" (part A) to the Reporting System.
  • Nevada Annual Report: Added the "Enrollment" report to the Reporting System, showing calendar year enrollment data for each Nevada-licensed program, including student counts and program details.
  • SB70 Annual Report: Added a master list of all students included in the SB70 cohort with the "Enrollment", "Persistence", and "Graduation" flags.
  • SB70 Annual Report: The correct student cohort is now identified based on the reporting year as required by CSAC , ensuring only eligible new students with qualifying programs are selected for the accurate Enrollment, Persistence, and Graduation reporting.
  • Students Grading Report: Added the "Has Absences" column (displaying "Yes" or "No") and the "Has Absences" filter that allows users to quickly select students who have an absence record for their courses.


Student Folders:

  • Deleting Documents: When a document is replaced, the previous version is automatically moved to the "Trash" and can be restored if needed. A comment is added noting the reason for this action. The "Student Folders Trash" is also now included in the "Data Retention" cleanup.


Other:

  • My Profile: Added the ability to generate and manage the personal API key from the "My Profile" page.
