GEGI Student Management System (version 2026.09)
Version 2026.09 is currently in development and is planned to be completed by 24/09/2026. This table of contents will have further additions and the final version will be published on 24/09/2026.
Education:
- Check-Ins Report: Added the "Break Duration" and "On Break?" status tracking for didactic courses.
- Transfer Credit Courses: Added the "Transfer Credit Course Rejection Reasons" list in Admin → Lists. Added a mandatory "Reason" dropdown to the "Transfer Credit Course" edit form when "Status" = Rejected.
Financial Aid:
- FA Overview Report: Added a "Student IDs" filter and "Entrance Counseling", "Master Promissory Note" columns showing "Yes", "No", or "N/A" based on the student’s counseling results and Direct Loan origination records.
- ISIR: Added the ability to upload ISIR files for award year 2027–2028, get data from them, and download the ISIR PDF.
Leads & Students:
- Self-Enrollment: Added the "Added to Group by" field, column, and filter to identify how each student was added to a group — self-enrollment, API, or manually — in "Student Data in Group" and the "Leads & Students" table. For self-enrolled students, "Created by" on "Lead Details" now shows "Self-Enrolled".
- Stages of Pipeline: Added a configurable list of reasons for the "NOT STARTED" stage of the pipeline in a group to "Admin → Lists". Each reason can be marked as requiring a comment, inactive, or default (preselected when a student’s stage is changed to "NOT STARTED"); reasons marked as system required cannot be renamed or deleted.
We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes.
