GEGI Student Management System (version 2026.07)


Version 2026.07 is currently in development and is planned to be completed by 30/07/2026. This table of contents will have further additions and the final version will be published on 30/07/2026.



Education:

  • Courses: Added the new "Edit Course Start/Completion Dates in Group" permission. Only users with this permission can edit course start and completion dates in a group. Editing course start and completion dates has been removed from the existing "Edit courses" and "Edit courses in group" permissions.
  • Student Education Reports: Added the "Type of Course" filter to the "Search & Order" panel of the "View Student Attendance Report" report, allowing filtering students enrolled in courses of the selected type.


Enrollment:

  • Enrollment Agreement: Courses with a $0 "Tuition Repeat" or "Not FA Tuition Fee for Core Program" charge are now excluded from the auto-calculated tuition total, preventing false validation errors when populating the Enrollment Agreement.


Financial Aid:

  • Financial Aid Advisor: Added the ability to bulk-assign an FA Advisor to multiple students at once via the "Assign Financial Aid Advisor" action on the "Group: View Students" page.


Placement:

  • Placement Records: Replaced "Employer Contact Number" with "Supervisor Contact Number" and "Employer Company Email" with "Supervisor Email" in the "Proof of Employment" section, presets, and the "Search & Order" panel. 


Reporting System: 

  • SB70 Annual Report: Added the "SB70 Enrollment Summary" report, which aggregates enrollment data into the format required for SB70 compliance reporting, with filtering by campus.
  • Start/Stop Report: Added new permissions to control access to the "Start/Stop Monthly" and "Start/Stop by Students" reports.


We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes.
